We are completely new to caravanning, other than staying in the in-laws caravan a few times.
Our set up is a 2005 Mondeo 2 ltr TDCI and a 2010 Bailey Pegasus 534.
We have close relatives with a Pegasus 534, so have lots of helpful advice from them. But any extra advice would be grateful.
So far we have spent just the one night in the caravan and plan to do a 4 night trip next weekend to a CL site in Weymouth.
We soon realised we needed a mover, so had that fitted last Thursday. This also means we can put the caravan in the drive.
We are hoping to do a family trip to Germany and Switzerland next August. Any advice here???
Look forward to reading your replies.

Hi Mandie, welcome to the Practical Caravan forum and congratulations on buying your Pegasus. I'm sure that you'll enjoy your forthcoming 4 night trip, one piece of advice from me would be to save a list of things that you need to take or to do on your computer. You can simply print the list every time that you go away and cross the various items off as they are dealt with.
There is a good Overseas Touring section on this forum with many very experienced Continental caravanners, I'm sure that they will answer all of your questions and recommend places to visit.
Happy Caravanning
