Got back yesterday from this park near chasewater.

The site has only 20 pitches so is a nice small site all are hard standing with own water and waste. The pitches are not that large and you would struggle to get a big van with awning and car on the pitch. The site is an adults only park, and when we arrived we were the only van on site.

The toilet block was a bit run down and the heating was on so low it might as well been off. The owner tells me it is being replaced this year. We even used our own shower (which is only the second time we used it) so we could be nice and warm whilst drying.

All in all a nice site which is part of the tranquil parks network, will we go back, proberbly not, we like the cc site at Godrevey park and will put next years Cornwall trip back a couple of weeks and stay there.

No Chris, its just we have family and friends further west, in Helston and St Ives so Truro is a bit far when your doing it 3/4 times in a week.

As I said the CC at Godrevey is proberbly as good as carnon Downs exept for the toilet block of course, so will proberbly do Easter next year with the hords (Yawn)

Where you going in May
