Where do you start with this one, several threads have been on before(see page 7?)It is a good site on which the C&cc has spent a lot of money. It is located on what was a gravel quarry(you would not know that now)has lots of good fishing,is by the canal for walks and lots of walks in the water park itself, pub just down the canal and others not too far away.It is close to the M42 so some traffic noise but not bad.Places to visit Birmingham,NEC,Drayton Manor Park,Tamworth,Lichfield,The Belfry Golf Course,Aston Villa training ground (just up the lane)and lots more.Note my comments on page 7 regarding the best route to approach o avoid hump back bridge.

Have stayed at Lower Lacon many times although not for a while,I used to know the owner (he was a customer of mine I did caravan finance at the time). It is handy for the town which used to have a great carnival. The site has club, pool etc and was originally an old airfield ( you would not realise that now)as a result in many places the soil and grass is not very thick so pegs can be fun. When we used to go one thing it had in abundance ws rabbits, thousands of them you almost walked on a carpet of them, again I would be interested to see what you think.

As part of my old job I have visited many sites and also have had caravan since 1975 so been around a bit.
