Lakeland plastics Remoska cooker

Has any one used one of the above brilliant little cookers in their caravan and did it cause a trip out on the electric hook up? I think there are two sizes 480W and 650W. We love using it at home, it can bake a cake, roast a chicken, cook most things actually.

Hi Helen,

Quite agree about the Remoska, we're now on our second and wouldn't be without one in our Eriba Triton.

We have the standard size - a nominal 500 watt - and it's perfect for two.

In one of your other postings you mentioned the "Les Castels" group - if you are travelling outside the main French holidays and some other periods you can apply for a "Castels Card" and get a fixed discounted price.

Take a look at www.les-castels.com and also www.sites-et-paysages.com for similar quality sites.
