Levelling Twin Axle

Now I know how to put a t/a onto levelling blocks thanks to Steve in Leo, my next question is, how do you know when it is level. Do you just nudge onto the ramps bit by bit and then with a small spirit level and the other half inside the caravan, shout when your bubble is in the centre? Sorry, thats does sound silly but I have never done this before so bare with me. Thanks Niki

Hi Niki,

That's exactly what we did when we borrowed my daughters caravan last year - I put a small spirit level on the floor and slowly pulled the van onto a ramp until my wife shouted stop.

I think there are audible versions available that will sound off when it is level?

I am sure that you will get plenty of better suggestions added - have fun

By standing in the van to look at the spirit level you can effect the reading, especially if you are quite heavy. I always view the spirot level from outside the door, also the wife who is driving the car can hear me better.
