Hi to Shiba, J & P, Scotch Lad, Wendy, Ian, Maverick, Lol and Lolly who have all responded to my original message along with some other couples through another magazine. The great thing about this forum is that you can all contact each other without us - we have just set the ball rolling ! However, Ian, my husband (Welsh) and I (Scottish) have discussed how to go ahead as there will INEVITABLY be people who simply don't gel with others. We have tried to think of somewhere reasonably central and pleasantso, at the risk of being boring, and expensive, we are suggesting Losehill CC Site at Casteton on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6/7/8th October - we havce checked and there are vacancies there. Obviously it would be perfectly OK for anyone to go to a CL and just pop over to see us but we felt we needed somewhere 'big' to get started. Can I emphasise again that we are not interested in organising rallies and we found that normally 3-5 couples tended to agree a weekend. Thereafter, November and Christmas can be looked at if anyone is interested - no cliques, just a very fluid social network, no hard feelings whatever ????? Probably contact through emailing ?
