Trace the road light wiring loom as it goes forward and splice in there.

that part is ok but I need to get behind the lights to fit the camera also

That may not be possible - I suspect the visible ABS moulded rear panel is mounted directly against a conventional aluminium/foam/ply bonded sandwich with no way of accessing the void in between.

It may well be necessary to surface-mount the camera with the wiring visible.
