magazine subscription

Hi all

I have bought P.C. mag everey month for the past 4 years and think its a great read.

Finally my wife convinced me to take out a subscription at the Manchester Caravan show back on 23rd Jan

My query is due to taking out the suscription I therfore havent bought the magazine but also not had any delivered via the subsciption.

Do I now go out and buy the latest issue and risk paying twice or sit back and wait for it to be delivered?

I thought the idea of a subscription was to be first of the mark and have the magazine delivered on release day not play catch up.

I understand they probably had quiet a number of subscriptions to handle but how many issues must I miss before it kicks in?

The latest (April)issue of the magazine has arrived for us so it may be that your details have not reached the subscription database in time for this months issue.

The phone number for subscriptions is 08456 777 812

The subscriptions department are probably very busy after the sales generated at the shows but when you are on the database your magazine will normally arrive before that issue is in the shops.

Further to my earlier reply John I contacted our admin on your behalf.

Subscriptions normally take up to six weeks to be set up on the system so you may have missed the April issue but the new subscriptions should arrive around 25th March.

I also buy the PC mag every month & like you subscribed at the manchester show,just to get the free bag of cleaning gear

I also have not been sent it out for this month,the direct debit has not been set with my bank either as I have checked online,it normaly sits there dormant until they pull funds,wife bought a copy of latest PC from Morrisons as it looks like next month might be the first,
