Hi Paul,

We use Puriclean powder which can be bought from all caravan accessory shops.Need to rinse thoroughly afterwards otherwise there tends to be a chemical taste for a short while. The above powder can also be used to sterilise your water pipes and Aquaroll.

Try Milton's Fluid which is used for sterilising baby bottles. No after taste and removes all the grime. Helen

Ordinary cheap household bleach is as good as anything, as long as you wash and rinse the cups well after using the bleach

Easy to answer this one, just get your grandad to soak his false teeth in each cup in turn, mine always come up like new. If you on the same site as me please call in for a cup of tea!

why bother, use cheap porcelain mugs, they arnt heavy and tea tastes better out of them anyway.

we use them all the time and keep them in the standard mug racks even when towing.

Tried using a Steredent tablet in each Melomine Cup and it cleaned them a treat. however my wife still put them in the dishwasher for that extra rinse
