Yes, been here a few times and other CC cotswolds sites.

Site is just a few mins stroll from town centre which is typical lovely old cotswold town/village. Super area for visiting. You will run out of time to see all the places there.

We too have been to to this stie several times, and agree with Bill D, it's a super site, within easy walking distance of town and there are so many picturesque villages to visit within easy reach, (eg Broadway, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold,and The Slaughters are well worth a visit, as is Oxford. The train station is within walking distance of the site where there is a good train service down to Oxford).

Just one bit of advice, try not to pitch too near the road as it's in constant use during the night and can sometimes be a little noisy.

Nice site up to the usual CC standards.
Bourton-on-the-Water, The Slaughters, Burford etc. can be very busy with tourists but if you've never been it's well worth it.
The pic is from 2004 but gives an idea of pitch size.

Hi,

Just got back today. Very good site . Good space between pitches & great shower/ toilet blocks. Wardens very helpful. Quite a few places to visit. Spent two days in stratford, one looking around and one at the shakespeare houses. Boughton-on-the-water is very nice. Falconry centre just down the road and 20 pubs in village. They also have a Market in the town Tuesdays if you like that sort of thing. Mot sure what its like in March though :)
