Mover / spare wheel carrier clash on Twin Axle Caravans

Has anybody else come across the same problem?
We've taken delivery of our new Elddis Tempest and had a mover installed, but, according to the dealer, the underslung spare wheel carrier has to be removed because of the position of the mover. I've spoken with Elddis and they said that the carrier cannot go anywhere else, but Powrtouch said that the carrier can be moved. So at the moment we have a spare wheel in the front locker which is not ideal because of the additional noseweight.
Any ideas?

Another problem with movers on TW's is that the position for the jacking brackets are also compromised. If you want to use a Kojack or Alco jack you would not be able to.

is the mover in front of the axle or behind,

I am not sure if you saw that the OP has a twin axle, so will have one mover behind and one in front.

As others have said......Powrtouch do a kit that moves the spare wheel cradle further back down the van, one problem that can arise from this can be that waist pipes may need to be moved to accommodate the move.
