Can anyone tell me if the National Trust property’s have height restriction barriers as we would like to visit these places in our panel van.
Any help would be appreciated.

Some National Trust car-parks evidently have height restictions - for example the one at Crantock mentioned here

To find out exactly which car-parks have height restrictions I think you’ll need to ask National Trust.
