There are Eriba's out there for sale, many of them on internet auction sites, and it's essential to inspect the caravan before committing to buy.
If the distance is too great to arrange an inspection it might be worth contacting an approved mobile caravan engineer in that area to carry out an independent inspection on your behalf.

If you inspect the caravan yourself ask for evidence of regular servicing, proof of ownership and if buying privately visit the vendors home address, not a motorway service area or lay-by.
