I hope someone can help me

There is a small flap on the external wall adjacent to the cassette loo
(Abbey Expression 500)
I believe this is where we poor the flush but it looks like a solid white pipe below behind this external flap
Do I poor it down the gap between the external wall and the white pipe?

Hello and welcome to the Practical Caravan forum.
Is the loo fitted to your caravan a bench type or a bowl type?
If it's a bench type inside the external flap will be the cassette that is emptied at the site elsan waste point and a separate pipe which rotates outward and which is used to fill the flush tank.
Don't pour any liquid down gaps between the wall!

Hi Prid welcome to the forum, can you not get a manual for your van I am assuming you dont have one.
Parksy's advice is always good dont pour anything between walls.
But you did say that the small flap is adjacent to the cassette loo, I dont know the answer but I once had a Fleetwood van pitched next to me which had a flap above the cassette door and he put his chemicals in there.
Think about doing more research before commiting to doing anything.
Good luck and keep the questions coming no such thing as being dim

Are you any good with a camera and computer? If so get a picture posted. There are instructions on how to do that somewhere> If you can't find them ask Parksy. If you can get a piccy posted (put it in Technical section) someone will solve your problem,

The instructions on how to post pictures (courtesy of the brilliant Mr Sprocket) can be found by Clicking Here
There are basically two types of cassette toilet fitted to caravans.
There is the bench type, some of which obtain the flush water from the mains tank and some which have to be filled manually, and there is the bowl type, again the method of filling the flush tank depends on what model is installed in the caravan.
From the little bit of information provided by the original poster I'm guessing that the cassette loo is a manual flush tank fill bench type but without some more information such as the make, model and year of manufacture of the caravan I'm afraid that we can only offer general advice, foremost of which would be to read the manual in the first instance and we'll do our best to explain what it means later
