New Member, Autotrail Arapaho

Hello. New member here although we've had our MH since mid August. Since then we've had 18 nights away. It's an Autotrail Arapaho (2006). Bought it with 15000 miles on the clock, lovely condition and everything works beautifully. The only area I'm slightly unhappy with is the carpet (needs a good clean), might even replace it once my boys have stopped making such a mess! I intend to use it about every other weekend throughout the winter, then venture into Europe (Spain) at Easter. I live in Herts if any other readers are in the area and want to meet.

Hi Gary and a warm welcome to the Practical Motorhome forum. It sounds like you've got some good use out of your 'van since buying it. Where have you taken it so far?

Lizzie, quite a few locations now. Dartmoor, Oxford, Aylesbury, Telford, Brean, East Tilbury, Clacton on Sea. All up, about 1800 miles in just under 3 months. It cost enough, might as well use it.

Bout a 2013 Swift Escape 686 back in June, took delivery in August, loving using it when we can, challenging with two sets of elderly parents but a great way to just pack up and disappear for a few days

Loving it, Dorset, Norfolk and Warwickshire plus a one night dash to N Lincolnshire so far.

Based near Stamdord in Lincolnshire, hope our paths cross soon, I am finding people are v friendly and sociable in the Motorhome and caravan fraternity, so please we took the plunge.
