jo-anne,

We haven't actually been there, but have driven past it umpteen times. It was actually called "Bird Land" a few years ago, and then changed to a caravan site. I think it was a little run down and tired judging by the feedback on one of the other forums, but had the benefit of a swimming pool and club house. We went past it today and it looks as good as you would expect from a CC site, and nicely situated too.

If you don't like it you can always go just up the road to Incleboro Fields at West Runton.

Hi

we havent stayed there but we walked around it whilst staying on the site at incleborough fields. it is not a bad site and some of the pitches are of a good size with hedges around. although the roads are a bit muddy (it was raining when we walked around) and although we didnt look in the toilet block we believe they are a bit run down although they are cleaned daily as you would expect from the caravan club. the wardens were very friendly and helpful and wer telling us some of the plans for the site. it also has the added benefit of a swimming pool whihc they hoped would be open in time for this weekend. it is in a good situation and you could walk into cromer or east runton. so overall although it is not up to the standard of say incleborough fields it is a nice site and i would like to stay there.

hope that this is helpful
