Hi every one , I am new the the motor home forum , I have spent the winter building my own motor home , A Chevrolet C60L of 1945 vintage it has been a bit of a challenge as the vehicle is totally as it was in 1945 with no welding or painting and very low mileage so i could not spoil the exterior which is canvas , Because my wife accompanies me to rallies i needed some mod coms like cooker fridge heating toilet etcetera , Most of the bits came from a bailey Caravan and it will be very comfortable when it is finally finished but i think it will struggle to fit in on most motor home sites

That's quite a project you've got there. But you won't be the first to convert a WWII military truck to a motorhome - the great Field Marshal Montgomery beat you to it!
