On my way back up country from cornwall today it was great to see a few outfits going the other way lucky beggers hope they have good weather.
NOW FOR A RANT
I was going into cambridgeshire on tuesday morning about 5.30 i was following someone in a silver rav 4.Now the driver who i think was female was doing her eyes,hair and lippy now thats up to her but when you are on off the throttle and brakeing on bends you will p### the driver behind leave it for the bathroom please.It was off putting as i was trying to shave at time and nearly swallowed my toothbrush only joking i dont do that in my cab,just wash

I used to have a PT Cruiser which the previous owner had fitted with a gizmo that played various noises for the horn, from the Star Spangled Banner to car horns, animal noises, etc. But the best feature was a button you could press and there was a microphone by the steering wheel which then boomed out from behind the front grill. As one example of the joy this can bring, I was driving from Betws-y-Coed to a job in Llanberis and the car in front of me wound down their window and threw a load of paper out of the driver's side. I pressed the button and shouted "Oi, you dirty b*****d" - the driver looked shocked in the rear view mirror and the passenger's head spun round.

My in-laws lived in france at the time as we were driving out from a Bastille Day celebration - the streets were packed and by father-in-law found the setting to get the car to make froggy 'ribbit' noises. So as we crawled along past thousands of people he kept pressing the button with the car booming out 'ribbit' constantly. Thankfully everyone took it in the right spirit!
