Has anyone been to Noahs Ark caravan park, Perth? Wondering if there is much road noise as it's not too far from the A9. Thinking of going here for school October week.

HI! Marie have used Noas Ark a few times last year before it was enlarged .traffic a bit noise up until about 11.pm then it gets quite .stopped using it when the prices went sky high .not worth the money that the owner is charging .toilets are just portacabins (this was September last year so may ave changed )great for the kids .but far to pricy for what you are getting .
cheers Duggie

HI! Again Mairi, forgot to say there is a brilliant site the other side of Perth on the Braemar road , it is one of the camping and camping sites called Scone .it is 200 yds from the race course .the wardens Darren & Nikki are brilliant to get on with very helpfull .
The site has just last year been upgraded new toilet block, cut down a lot of trees around each standing, the site is surrounded by trees very sheltered small play park for kids loads of walking down by the river (1000yds ) away, fishing also on the riverTay (£6 a day permit for trout )bus stop 1 mile from main road into Perth (3miles away ) loads of things for all tastes in Perth plus you could go to noahs Ark for the day with the kids (only 4 Miles from Scone site) enjoy which ever site you go to, Tesco & Coop small supermarkets in village of Scone 1mile away Large Asda in Perth would highly recomend Scone site before Noahs Ark .but thats just my opinion .Born and bread in Perth
Cheers Duggie
