Anyone been here? It's got great reviews on UKC, and I've booked 2 nights in June - just me (mum) my daughter and 2 of her friends to go coasteering (not me!!) for her birthday party. I've told them I need a drive-on-drive-off pitch as I'm a scaredy cat at reversing and they made a note on the booking form when I rang them - so far so good!
What are peoples experiences, please?

Hi Crazyguider,
We have done two separate holidays in 2012 & 13 at Norden On both occasions we have enjoyed it. On both occasions (2 weeks each stay) we were in the pond field, very roomy pitches, reasonable grass quality, but was beginning to look a bit battered because of groundsheet damage. We were there the first 2 weeks of the school summer holidays, it was busy but never felt crowded. The facilities were good and coped with no problems. Although it was busy it was still well behaved and peaceful. It wouldn't normally have been our type of site choice, but we were there on child minding duties, (Daughter and partner were on a nearby tent only site and this was the nearest for us to be able to alternate child care duties) The only off putting thing about the site is the first impression you get as you arrive on site, a not very salubrious working farm yard. But once through here the site opens up into some wide open spaces and pleasant views and walks. A fast food cafe opens on site in the evening and for breakfast, also a little convenience shop on site. We and the grand daughter certainly enjoyed our stays there. In fact after the first holiday we requested and got the same pitch for the next time. I would think in June it will be less busy than August, hopefully, like us, you enjoy it.
