old caravan

i am looking for a caravan scrap yard to no avail i have a luner sunbeam it was ok till, were it was stores moved it i dont no how bucause the legs were down but how ever the wind and rains got in and it to scrap now but i dident think i would have this much trouble the inside is ok but no more touning for me for a while

I am based in Cleveland (Hartlepool). Where exactly are you as I may be able to advise where you could take van.Do you have a way of getting it to a scrapyard and how far do you want to take it? Only there are breakers outside our area - for example there is a big one near Scarborough.

i have tryed to contact humnbey at scarbrough no reply and also one in durham

It was the one in Hunmanby I was thinking of. Have you tried Burrells here in Hartlepool? they mainly do storage but I have seen caravans being sold by them for parts on internet auction sites ( This could also possibly be a route you could take youself?).

Failing Burrells there is or was a breaker up near Morpeth somewhere? Is there not someone also near Margrove?

thanks landroverman ive been up to margrove park its loverly site they have up there quiet but he dosent do any scrapping i think i will have to do it my self and e-bay it, ive not herd

of burrells befor thankyou for all your sugestions though.
