Omnivent Leak;

Hi. after some real heavy rain today, we noticed water dropping off the knob that opens the Omnivent.Not sure if it was a small store of rain that had collected. Is there a seal that may have perished and what course of action should I now take? I'll put a bowl under it and see if it was just a one-off.
 
If it was windy as well it is probably just rain water blown under the top of the omnivent. I used to work for a large north west dealership and it used to happen all the time after the roof had just been washed and rinsed with a hose pipe
