On Board Tank Valves

I'm going to fit an onboard tank in my new van. I have no problems getting a suitable tank (CAK Tanks) but they only supply kits with manual valves. I would like the 12v solenoid ones which were fitted to my previous van. Can anyone suggest a source? There are a number on eBay but I'm not sure where to buy them from. One is a 2 way, the other is a 3 way.

Assuming the tank is for fresh or grey water perhaps a solenoid valve from a washing machine would fit the bill ? It would be 230v. and would need carefull installation and care with the wiring, so if you are not well versed in such things it should be wired by someone who is.
The flow rate iss ok with mains water pressure behind it, but you would need to worm out what pressure you would get from the pump or just from gravity.

You may be able to get one cheap or free from your local domestic appliance repairer. Wehn i want a couple for my greenhouse irrigation set up, my local company just point to the heap of old machines in the yard and said 'help yourself'.

Thanks for that but 12v is the way to go. There are plenty on eBay but I just wanted to know if anyone had experience of which ones to buy.
