Hello. I tried to do this questionaire last month but without success. Parksy suggested that they may have been too busy at Haymarket to get the questionaire on the web site.
I tried again yesterday as you did and got the message "Page Not Found". If they get a poor response to their survey, they cannot blame the Forun readers for not trying.

I don't think that the online version of the questionaire is ready just yet, but don't worry because it's due to run until August so there's plenty of time.
