PERMANENT LIVING IN A TOURER

Just joined this site for information on permenently living in our tourer.
Have answered one question about post.
Need to know how to go about what address to put on driving license etc. As aparantly it is an offence not to have your current address up to date.
Any help or sites to visit would be most appreciated.

Hi Christine & Kevin, if you're looking for information you've come to exactly the right place, welcome to the Practical Caravan forum

There is a (very) long running topic in the General section of this forum and there are some comments about documentation etc towards the latter pages.
The topic has run for so long that the page numbers have become mixed up so if you navigate straight to the last page via your mouse it will appear as blank. You may need to go back a couple of pages via the numbers at the bottom in order to visit the latest posts.

Some of our members live permanently in their caravans and Steve in Leo is a great sorce of advice and information if you get in touch with him via the forum.
Good Luck

Hi, welcome to the forum. Permanent caravanning has generated lots of discussion on here, it could almost do with its own section.

Welcome to the forum Christenekev.
It is legal to put your bank, driving license, Housing benefit for pitch rental etc in the form of a C/O a relatives address.
The permanent topic Parksey has short cutted you too has been going for ages and there is a lot of info. We are in our 3rd year and still enjoying it. Especially what you see offered for rent in the below £500 a month private rent market.
Don't be worried to ask any questions. If you like just ask Parkesy and he can give you my Email.

Good luck from me in Herefordshire.
