My wife and myself both went to the Lawns Caravan show wanting to see a Swif Challenger...we spoke to a local dealer as we could not find the model we had come to see. He stated that they had not brought one to display. Not only that but they did not have one at their showroom to show us...We were told that if we went to the NEC show a month later we would see one..We duly went to the show spoke to the same dealer who stated that they had not brought one again but if we went to the Swift stand we no doubt could see one there...We went to the Swift stand to be also told that they did not have one but if we looked at a Sterling apart from the upholstery, woodwork and artwork being different it was the same van..We were asked if we wanted to order one..We came away again dissapointed and thinking that we were being treated like fools to order something we have yet to see. We have now decided to keep our present van and save our money ..I dread what I will say to the next caravan salesman who asks if we want to buy a new one. I dont get this sort of service when I go to buy a new car why then do we get treated like this by caravan Dealers
