Hi all.

We are now thinking of getting a mover. Have been in touch with powrwheel and got prices.

Now there is a manual one with wrench and an actuator (button)

Which is best? What are the good and bad points?

Has anyone used a truma mover which looks more expensive?

Did anyone buy from a dealer?

Thanks

I fitted a Powrwheel mover five years ago and it's been brilliant. Twice when I've had problems, parts have been sent within two days of my phonecall - both times without charge. Mine is an early model so the rollers have to be moved to the wheels with the wrench but since I fitted a crossbar, both rollers are applied with the one movement. An automatic engagement might be nice, but it's an added complication. Plenty of good points - I don't think there are any bad ones. I understand the company is now prepared to 'price-match' with offers from other producers. When I bought mine the price was fixed.
