Dear Reader,

Sorry to bother you, but we were just hoping to have a minute of your time. I’m Nigel, the editor of Practical Caravan magazine and we’re planning a few improvements. To make sure we deliver a magazine you like, whether you are a regular or occasional reader, we’d like to know what you think.

I understand that your time is precious, but this won’t take more than a couple of minutes to complete. And as a thank you from us to you, we’re offering £300* to our lucky respondent in a prize draw. So what are you waiting for?

Please click here to complete the survey.

Thanks and happy caravanning

I bloomin well hope so. I just filled in the questionnaire. Didn't go for the prize draw as you had to agree to being sent marketing info.

I also filled it in but then didn't submit it as there was no way of saying no to marketing from other companies. It really does need a couple of tick boxes to agree/disagree to marketing. I'm assuming it is pukka as a spoof phishing e-mail would have probably included this to make it look genuine!

As it went straight to my spam box, it was just binned automatically!! I wouldn't fill in unsolicited questionnaires on principle.

I started to fill it in after rescuing it from the Spam folder but it refused to accept that I had no comment on a couple of items including cookery
When I then gave a non commital/average answer it allowed me to go on to selecting which cover I liked best but when I tried to return to the form from the cover pics it lost the questionnaire and my attention!!

The lack of an opt-out on the marketing stopped me filling it in. Makes me think that it's just a marketing exercise in the first place and they aren't really interested in our opinions.

Dear All
Please rest assured this a perfectly genuine correspondence from Practical Caravan. Earlier in the year, there was a thread about how some of travel features were too long and and how some readers didn't like pages like Cookbook and so on. So rather than guess how to tweak the magazine, we thought we'd ask instead.

Thanks in anticipation for your help...
