Problem with roller on mover.

I have a Reich Move Control that was fitted in 2005 and has never given any problems. However today when reversing the van the offside roller started to squeal and when I looked it had 'ejected' the countersunk socket head screw that supports the roller. This led to the roller losing tension against the wheel and its outer end rubbing against its support flange. As the screw was 'loctited' I suspect that there is an end support bearing seized that caused the screw to rotate and come out. Looking at the various parts suppliers I have'nt been able to see any exploded diagrams at this level of detail. Most seem only to supply rollers on the drive shaft at circa £180 a pair. Since my grit rollers are still in good condition I would prefer to see if a bearing/bush can be sourced. Any advice welcome.

Prof
might have to do that once I have removed the roller assembly and had a good look at it. It's currently being doused with ACF 50 to help dismantling when the weather abates a bit. Why don't these problems occur in nice summer weather?

Sorted.
After a good drenching with ACF 50 I then used Muc-off and lots of soapy water to clean the assembly. I then thouroghly de-greased it using electrical contact cleaner and meths. I also cleaned and de-greased the thread and head of the screw. I decided to use a threadlock compound rather than stud bond as the latter is akin to Loctite Red which would require lots of heat if I had to remove the screw in the future. So deciding on the less strong threadlock I coated the thread and replaced the screw to a good hand tight fit using a standard allen key. It was then left for 24 hours after which the whole end assembly was then soaked in ACF50 again. I then took the van back to its storage pitch and I used the mover extensively to test it out before putting the van into its slot. Result rollers move smoothly, and quietly and the roller suppport screw stayed firmly in place.
Hopefully ACF 50 and threadlock are compatible!! Will find that one out next January!!
