Radio wiring for Sprite Major 6

Hi,

I intend on wiing in a car radio/cd player in to a Sprite Major 6 van. I've taken off the blanking facia and can see the loom is already there with the sockets, but I can't see where the speaker wires run (if anywhere).

Does anyone know where the ends of the speaker wires come out so I don't have to dismantle the van! If in fact they are there at all.

Hi Mark

I have a Sprite Alpine 2 and recently had a radio / CD player put in mine.The speaker wires were in both corner units ready to be wired in. I had the speakers mounted underneath the top cupboards. All done in about 1 1/2 hours.

The only problem I found was that even though there are live connections pre wired in the connecting block they do go through the 3 position switch, so if you switch off at this point when leaving your van you loose all the pre programmed stations. I got round this by taking a live feed direct from the battery with a fuse and that works fine. Very little drain over time when in store.

hi have sprite speaker and antena wire run through roof when van is made in front locker right side you can see a panel with screws take that out and the end off wires should be there
