Recommend a good cl within 40miles of York

Can any body recommend a good cl within 40 miles of York,nice and quiet with E.H.U.and a dog walking area near by.....

We stopped at this CL last year:-

Page 439 in the Club Book.....Mr Eddie Startup,Pear Tree House,Malton Road, Helperthorpe,Malton.There are electrics & the use of a toilet.Eddie & his wife are a delightful couple,who did everything to make our stay enjoyable.They also have 2 self catering cottages which are beautifully furnished adjacent to the CL.My daughter & her family stayed in one of them and were very comfortable.

Eddie will phone local pub/restaurants to book tables for you at no charge.....also offered to bring us Sunday papers when he was collecting his own.
