Red Pennant with the CC

Can anyone tell me how much Red Pennant recovery is with the CC. Im not a member of the CC so I cant get a quote until I am. I am looking at traveling through western Europe this summer . So I am just weighing up my options I dont want to invest in the CC if the red pennant is too expensive.
