Has anyone tried to get the tesco deals vouchers?

I have been trying all day, I can get the longleat up, but there doesn't appear to be anythings that tells me how much? or how many passprts I want?

Is there system down or are they just doing it to stop you getting or just to infruate us??

My hubby has sent 3 nasty emails to all 3 contacts!! I hate to think what he has said..

I used the site a few days ago to order some vouchers and they came in the post today.

Off to Longleat next Saturday using tickets bought with clubcard vouchers. Saved a bundle!

Hi Martin

How did you exactly do it on the screen?

Tesco replied to us, and said you order adults or childs tickets.

But only one longleat comes up and no where that we can find does it ask us what we want..

Help!!

Hi there,

You can use club-card deals tokens for any of the deals, all you have to do is enter the deal no. ie. Alton Towers P6052- Chessington Adventure p6054. The no. for all the deals are in your deals book. At the end they will total up all your deal and ask for the codes off your club card. They will then refund any point left over and add them to your next cc statement. I hope this helps if you need me to guide you through then give me a shout. I hope this helps.

( I am a pfs manager for Tesco and my stores club-card expert.

Just had a look at the Clubcard deals website and it looks like it has been changed since I ordered my Longleat tickets a few months ago.

As far as I can work out, you have to visit the Longleat website to find out how much tickets are then order the equivalent value in days out vouchers. Is that right?

Ah stupid me! No, no your not buying longleat tickets your buying deals vouchers. You just tell them how many vouchers it will take to pay for your family and they will send out that amount of vouchers, but it has to be rounded off to the nearest

Yes thats right. It is difficult to navigate around and they have made it harder. Was so much simpler before, however it quite simple when you eventually work it out. I did'nt find it so bad as i have purchased deals in the past. Anything else i can help you with then get in touch Regards Diane

I also had a problem with the Tesco Clubcard Deals website.

I therefore resorted to good old fashioned "snail-mail". Posted my vouchers of last week and my "Great Days Out" tokens have arrived this morning.

I too am going to use my tokens at Longleat and redeem them for 3 adult "passport tickets" at the entrance to the park.

Have I got this wrong?

The site is designed to be dificult to use because the good old philenthropic Tesco want to make using the vouchers as dificult as possible. Synical old bu**er.

But am I wrong or can I not use, say, resteraunt vouchers to go into Legoland or Longleate or to take my caravan on the Tunnel to France? or have I mis-read the small print.

Welcome Diane. You could be very popular, But if Tesco might smack your wrist we will understand if to change your name.

Well, panic over!

I received my vouchers this morning for Longleat, there they were waiting when I got home from work.

Now with my FREE NIGHT VOUCHERS from caravan club I've booked to stay at longleat in the van for 3 nights. Just have to pay for one extra person.

I'm really, really looking forward to it.

But it's off to France the first week of July have to restock the cellar!! A whole week in the Loire, no work, no house work, no kids :).

Thanks for all your help.
