Can anyone offer any suggestions on the problem I have. my caravan has returned from winter storage to find that there are a large quantity of dead flies located between the internal and external layers of glass on my bailet beachcomer. how they got in here in the first place defies any logic!! I have tried removing one of the plastic bungs and applying a vacuum cleaner but to no avail. any suggestions how I could either remove the glass completely and separate the layers or replace the glass if necessary?

thank you

This is how I did mine.

I used a length of small diameter tube of the sort used for air lines in fish tanks.

I inserted this tubing through a hole in a cork which fitted the vac. nozzle.

I was unable to insert the tubing through the bung hole but with a chunk of blue tack I sealed the tubing against the bung hole and voila, flies gone.

And no, the layers of polyplastic cannot (or should not) be separated.

I should add, you will probably need to remove both plastic bungs to prevent trying to draw the inner and outer skins together, and pulse a finger on the hole that hasn't the tube attached.
