Replacing ceiling tape

We have noticed the joining tape(not sure if thats the name) is curling and no matter how many time we smooth it down it curls again. We want to replace it but cant find the stuff anywhere. Even tried the internet. Does anyone know where we can buy it and if anyone has replaced the tape, is it easy?

We had the same problem with our Lunar and got them to repair it under warranty. They replaced the tape with plastic strips because the tapes curling will just happen again and again.
