Residential sites relocating from spain

Iam new to practical caravan I used go caravaning every week to a site near heartfield in south of England before moving to spain 7 years ago. Iam now looking for a van and a site in the south west Cornwall or Devon for 3 months a year. If I want to stay longer I'd need to re register in England and would need a residential site as I would need a address. I'd really like to do this Problem is those sites seem to only have vans for sale upwards of £30.000 and I haven't got that sort of budget.

I think that you may be looking in the wrong place if you're seeking a residential caravan site.
This internet forum deals primarily with touring caravans which are for leisure use and can be towed from place to place along the highways and byways of Britain and Europe for holidays, weekend breaks etc.
If you're interested in owning a touring caravan to be stored in the UK or kept on a seasonal pitch we will be more than happy to offer help and advice but issues about static caravans are outside our remit, sorry.
