Hi jo-anne,

I made a few enquries with various caravan mover manufacturers and found Simon at Rhino to be the most helpful. I had the Rhino fitted 2 weeks ago to my single axle and found it very easy to use. I store my caravan on a 1 in 5 narrow driveway and you can imagine the effort required to move 1250 KG !!!. I have found the mover, with out doubt, worth the money.

I found the service from Rhino to be excellent. I ordered on the Monday and was fitted five days later. You will find it is the cheapest on the market, the lightest, good ground clearance and give you a five year guarantee which is similar to the Powertouch mover. Just ensure you have at least an 85 ah battery fitted and fully charged.

Hi Jo-anne,

After some research in the July 2006 Practiacal Caravan I decided to go with the Rhyno unit. It is being fitted to a Bailey Burgendy Series 6 single axle with MTPLM of 1400kg to morrow. I will post some time to-morrow or Saturday to let you know what the service was like and the use of the unit.

Hi Jo-anne,

Rhyno fitted yesterday and I now have the biggest remote control vehicle on the close(eat Your hearts out kids) Any way more to the mover! The build quality is very good and robust, the installation approx 2hrs and done very professionally and a very tidy job.

Fitters knowledge is very good and his customer commissioning was in good depth and not complicated. The Van weighes 1400kg and on the flat it moves it no problem but I only have a 85 amp hour battery and it should be at least 110, but that is my problem not the rhynos.

The remote is simple and unmarked but is easy to use and I will lable it up myself. Putting the rollers on and off the tyres is simple and easy. Very pleased and would recommend one. The van is going back to storage to-day and will be tried on med-long grass and I will up date on how it goes on, to-day or to-morrow.

Hi Jo-anne,

Long grass test done and a little slow, but this I think was down to two elements. 1. The battery 85 amp rather than 110amp 2. The jockey wheel dragging through long grass. The fitter suggested putting down the clear hall carpet runner during in commissioning stage and this was tried and the the Rhyno was fine. Really pleased and made the fitting of the

Al-ko secure a doddle!

Would I recommend one, A definate YES.

Hope this helps

Rob
