I see many Satellite dish on site when i'm touring. What setup would you recommend for a first time user?

The portable systems that are set up on tripods tend to be just as good as any other.

Fully automatic systems are too expensive and once you've used a few times, you can usually get a signed lined up on a manual system within a couple minutes at most.

try finding a local caravan / accessories dealer where often you can see them set up in person.
