Hi.
First of all,I am not the gullible type and I think I know that what my wife has just recieved through the post is a scam.
What do you think??
Its a letter from a "Licensed Insolvency Practitioners".
Apparently, they say that my wife had previously paid for the services of a company called "Total Refund Limted" by credit card, and that they have now gone into liqiudation.
"Licensed Insolvency Practitioners" have included a form(Proof Of Debt Form) for her to fill out and return to them along with details of the detailed statement of her account......yeah right

.
She contacted her credit card company out of curiosity and was informed that they have no records whatsoever of any transactions having taken place with the named company...theres a surprise.
I have witheld the name and address of the company (and a very humourous email address) but just wanted to warn others who may be offered these "services".

It is just one of many such scams around at the moment.

I have, today, apparently had my bank accounts frozen with RBS, LLoyds, Halifax, and Barclays, which is rather strange as I do not have accounts with any of them.
I have also, apparently, been named as beneficiary of £5000,000,000 , not just from one source, but SEVEN, including the FBI and RBS.

Once the 7 x £5000,000,000 shows up in my bank account, I am going to take it all out and hide with it somewhere hot, sunny, and very private.
