What is known of the SLEEPTIGHT SERCURITY SYSTEM and are there alternatives out there on the market to keep thieves away from the unit.

Thats an interesting one Wayne. Just looked at their web site and it looks ok , but i bet its not cheap. It will be interesting to see if you get any replies.
