Should I be worried!

I picked up my first ever caravan 3 weeks ago, a Sterling Europa 390 2005. After a few days we noticed that when it was sunny some of the windows had areas that were 'steamed up' between the double glazing, but this cleared when it wasn't sunny! My van came with a years warranty, so I called the dealer and he said 'it was just one of those things that can happen in spring and autumn, for no apparent reason'. Is he trying to fob me off or is there a real problem with the windows? Should I be worried? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

During a hot sunny spell.... Remove small plastic bungs that should be present on each window..... they are tiny.

This will help to clear moisture that is trapped.

If the bungs are missing this is how moisture has entered.

We have the same problem with our Bailey Ranger 460/4. We had the same reply take out the small plastic bungs the only thing is 2007 on caravans do not have plastic bungs to take out. But after some time the windows does clear in the sun.

The front window in our Abbey 620 often mists up when there is a difference between the inside and outside temperatures.

If the windows stayed misted we would remove the bungs as mentioned but the windows have always cleared anyway so we've never bothered.
