Should've stuck with the tent!

Hi everyone

We've been campers for many years but I (and my daughter) convinced my husband that a caravan was a warmer and more comfortable option.

We bought a used Lunar Delta from a dealer and went to a campsite we knew well to try it out. To cut a long story short the flexible connector pipe in the shower was leaking and my husband spent most of the bank holiday weekend fixing it.

Having read and heard horror stories about problems with leaks etc I'm now worried that permanent damage has been done.

Any reassurance would be gratefully received!!!

YO JO. I would'nt worry too much about it, remove any furnishings , carpet and panel to allow air into the wet area and let the dry summer air in and it will soon dry out, its the leaking bodywork over a long period of time that does the damage not a single short heavy leak, this will dry up in no time as it would in a house. Fone the dealer and let them sort it if they will. if not when dried out fit a new hose and refit . regards
