Passed through (and back) in 2004 en-route to Sweden, via Oresund Bridge. Fair number of sites in CC book and one is made very welcome. Found to be as described. Expect tolls on a few of the major routes where a bridge joins the main islands. Rest halts on motorways often have facilities for emptying gray and toilet water, plus fresh for any re-filling. Road regulations require the use of dipped headlights at ALL times. Speed limits and other regulations pretty similar to rest of Europe. They have not adopted the Euro!! English is widely spoken - it would need to be as Danish is not easy to pronounce. If intending to visit Kobenhavn, I'd suggest a campsite near a suburban rail line and use the available public transport. It runs on time and the main rail station is across the road from Tivoli Gardens. Coastal scenery is very nice, especially on a bright and sunny day.
