I have already posted this under technical but hope that some one with a Lunar can help
I have a 2010 Ultima TL which is a dealer special of the Lexon TL.
One of the spot lights has failed and as I usually do I have taken off the front clip expecting to pull out the bulb and replace it. The bulb appears to be hard wired into the complete unit and the hand book says the light is maintenance free.
Does this mean that I have to buy a complete light unit ?

Hello Mike,

If a manufacturer makes a claim such as "maintenance free" that means they expect it to work without failure for the normal life of the product. If you have other lights of the same design that are still working, you have evidence the product is not functioning as the manufacture describes it. They should therefore replace free of charge it if it fails within the life of the other lights of the in the caravan.

If they refuse contact trading standards and make a complaint under trades descriptions, and SoGA.
