I have a Sprite Major 5 that had 50% Damp on the back end of the caravan both sides at it's 2 year service
When Investigated I was informed that it needed a new awning rail on both sides of the caravan.
The Caravan has gone in to have the awning Rail changed and I have been informed that it is worse than they originally thought and it needs to be stripped and have new panels and cupboards.
I am very dissapointed and shocked as I think this is terrible for a 2 year old caravan.
Orignally I bought an old caravan we traded it in for a new caravan so we didn't have the hassle of water ingress the old caravan had no damp and was over 10 years old yet the new caravan is 2 years old and already had to have a new fridge, new front screen, told to emulsion the ceiling as there is a damaged roof panel and now damp and having to have new panels, cupbard and new awning rail fitted.
Has any one else had problems like this and How do I get Swift to listen.
