Hi are these good as thinking of buying one rather than using the main awning as moving from site to site in France this year.

I bought the 390 a year ago just to use for short stays ,but its so easy to put up ,plus its nearly the same size as a full awning ,we now use it all the time ,our full awning has only been used twice
 
yes these are excellent value for money, although you need to check the length of your awning rail for the 390 version , you need to measure the length and ensure the rail is long enough before it bends at the front as it cannot be but onto the bend at the front of the track where the caravan slopes. I use the 260 version on my 2 berth and it gives excellent space and it must not obstruct the opening of any window. But inside the awning it gives great space and the curtains are built in the simply roll up and during the summer the front panels unzip and can be rolled up or there are poles included so the front can be opened and be held in the air as apposed to being tied up. The awning can be put up by 1 person in 5 mins and is very good in the wind. Plus it dries quickly. So for

yes there a brilliant consept well worth the money, we dont have the sunncap one but have the porchlite plus one very similar but in blue bit cheaper too

We use the ultima 260 for short breaks worth every penny and up in a matter of minutes.
