Hi

This has probably been covered before but if it has I've missed it sorry.

Has anyone any views on 'Supergard' for a new caravan, is it worth having it treated?

Afternoon Tom,

If you can afford it then i would say yes have it done on the van.

I recently purchased a new van from the Caravan National Rally and as part of the deal i recv'd supagard treatment on the inside and on the outside of the van.

After every wash it looks like it has just been polished. They provide you with your own bag of cleaning goodies to use. Say goodbye to black streaks with just a gentle wash.

Here is the details of my regional contact at Supagard.

Tom

Back in 2005 the Kia dealer persuaded us to have the car "Diamond guarded".

Did it last ? No.

Could we use a car wash? No.

Every time we hand washed it we had to add this slimy oily emulsion to reinforce the original finish.

Was it worth it? No

Just use the old fashioned car waxes and elbow grease imo.

Cheers
