Hello alex,The short answer to your question is yes,I to bought a lemon.It was a Abbey Vogue GTS416.Very pleased to hear about the excellent service from Swift but for 18 months I have been ignored by them and had to rely on a dealer to effect repairs. I refer to a brand new caravan which developed faults from the outset (at present over 30) for which I have had to travel a 100 mile round trip several times involving considerable time and expense. Now that it has been found that the 'van has extensive damp, Swift have decided to take it back to their factory for repairs but not for three months.
Has anyone else had such a rogue 'van from the Swift Group ?
