Hi Mike, A late reply to topic but I have just seen it and wondered if you now have your conqueror and what you think to it. Our interest is because we have just ordered the Conqueror 630 after considering the Abbey Spectrum and Ace Twinstar , but liked the build of the Conqueror despite the extra weight. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

No sorry I have yet to get my grubby hands on it. It arrived from Swift over 3 weeks ago, but is sat at the dealers waiting for a new Trumer TE Mover to be fitted. I won't be able to get it on my drive without a mover.

Very frustrating !!!!!!!!!!

Trumer were supposed to deliver one of these new Mover TE's on the 16th January, but it did not happen and then they closed for a week to move premises, then they sent mine to someone else AGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH

The Dealer have been trying very hard, I was actually there when they were shouting at the Truma rep.

I can however claim to have been inside it and I am still as impressed as when we saw the display model. There have been a few minor changes on the production model. I will add more when it sits on my drive and I have had a long critical look.

Thanks for your reply, we were at the dealers this last Saturday adding our final signatures and are taking delivery on March 31st. We are having the powretouch mover fitted just after that.

We had looked at the Ace Supreme range but did not like the spindly steadies and lightweight chassis and the fact that a lot of items were "extras" (but you do pay less for the van, so fair enough) , then we considered the Abbey Spectrum (we have part exchanged our Abbey GTS Vogue for the Conq) , lovely vans but the upholstery was a hideous orange colour so that ruled them out..

Finished up ordering the Conqueror and really looking forward to it.

Trevor. The saga goes on. At last the mover arrived at the dealer late on Friday 17th. Collection is now arranged for Wednesday 22nd. We shall see.

Hi Trevor

Well at last it stands on our drive, together with its mover. I am very happy it seems to be all ok. The fit and finish is superb. I have a few jobs to do on it, related to my wifes disability nad then we will be off at Easter. I hope it lives up to our dream.

Congratulations Supermike on your new 'van. Glad all appears to be well with it and hope you enjoy your Easter Trip.

We also are away at Easter after getting the new van at the end of this month. It wont be long now, let me know how you get on. Regards Trevor.
