Sorry to bring this topic back, but today it has made Headline front page news with new evidence, given by top police officer.
I'll try and keep it short, the guy was in a local pub.and the police received a report that he made an alleged threat that he was going to use a knife to harm someone, he was stopped a little later for drink driving, roadside test positive 2nd test at police station Negative.
Now the interesting bit, when searched the knife was not an Swiss army knife as previously described by the prosecutor. It was in fact a lock knife with a serrated edge, which is illegal!!!
